Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales documents, quotes, and proposals.
2. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products/services to customers.
3. Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on order status, answer queries, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
5. Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales team, assisting in decision-making processes.
6. Coordination: Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
7. Sales Documentation: Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements as required.
8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales administration function.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar sales administration role or relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP software is desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
