(Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble) "P&G" Brands (Braun Gillette/ Olay / Whisper etc.)**_ - **JOB TITLE**_ - **E-Commerce Executive - Billing**_ - **WORK LOCATION**_ - **Delhi - Vasant Vihar**_ - **DEPARTMENT**_ - **E-commerce /Accounts**_ **JOB BRIEF** - Our company requires a “E-Commerce Executive -Billing” with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities_ **ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES**: Ø _Listing on Ecommerce, Account Management - Company Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho,_ - Jiomart, Create Single and Bulk listing, Update and Partial Update, Variation._ - Flipkart Promotion's & Amazon Deal's, Coupons & Promotions._ Ø _Creation new and existing listing._ _Price Matrix & Competitor Analysis for Pricing._ Ø _Strong Knowledge of Web Interface i.e. Magento, product upload _ - & knowledge of Advanced Excel._ Ø Checking the prime books (Cash book, Journals and Bank book). Ø Accounts & Ledger. Ø Prepare Ecommerce Invoices. Ø Should be excellent in Tally. Ø Daily Basis Stock Reconciliation. Ø Order Tracking. Ø Return to order. Ø Can work on Magento / Flipkart/ Amazon / Myntra or other Market Places & company’s website. Ø Ability to manage 3-4 accounts simultaneously. Ø Responsible for existing account management and client’s communications and conflict resolution. Ø Handling and Maintaining Sales Tax Challan and Filling Sales Tax Return. Ø Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables. Ø Recording of transactions (Online transactions, Journal vouchers). Ø Invoice chasing and escalation as needed. Ø Timely and accurate revenue forecasting. Ø Having regular meetings to discuss the advertising needs and their requirements. **SKILLS REQUIRED**: Ø _Bachelor’s degree in Accounts._ Ø _Proven experience as an Accountant -E-commerce or similar role_ Ø _In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart or more)._ Ø _Knowledge of Creating Invoices._ Ø _Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions._ **JOB SPECIFICATION** - **WORK TIMINGS**_ - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm_ - **SALARY**_ - Depends on Interview_ - **GENDER**_ - Female / Male _ - **HR**_ - **Prestige Pursuits Pvt.
