**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Checking the prime books (Cash book, Journals and Bank book).
- Accounts & Ledger.
- Should be excellent in Tally.
- Daily Basis Stock Reconciliation.
- Order Tracking.
- Return to order.
- Can work on Magento / Flipkart/ Amazon / Myntra or other Market Places.
- Ability to manage 3-4 accounts simultaneously.
- Responsible for existing account management and client’s communications and conflict resolution.
- Handling and Maintaining Sales Tax Challan and Filling Sales Tax Return.
- Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables.
- Recording of transactions (Online transactions, Journal vouchers).
- Invoice chasing and escalation as needed.
- Timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Having regular meetings to discuss the advertising needs and their requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- **Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.**
- **Must be good in Excel ,Tally & Magento**
- **Experience required in corporate Accounts/professional firm.**
- **Must be Graduate/Postgraduate.**
- **Working knowledge of accounting (Purchase accounting a plus), economics, tax, GST, legal & business operations.**
- **Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook and Specially Tally &MS Excel).**
- **Bank Co-ordination.**
- **Sourcing and Application of funds.**
