Product Delivery Associate

As a Product Delivery Associate in Service Product User Acceptance Testing Team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

**Job responsibilities**
- Partners with the Product team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Conduct thorough software testing, analyse data, write test cases and communicate with Product and Development team.
- Communicate the results of software testing efforts to stakeholders and suggest areas of improvement.
- Execute comprehensive testing against the software, ensuring all features function as designed and intended.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software testing methodologies and develop standard operating procedures, if necessary
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer science, Computer engineering, math, or related engineering fields
- Hands on experience and good knowledge in Automating Scripts in Core Java and Selenium. Good knowledge on TestNG, Cucumber & Junit.
- Experience with JIRA, ALM or Quality Center and all its functionality
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Exposed to software development mindset and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc..
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area

Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
