**Job Description: Site Supervisor (Interior Contracting Firm)**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Freespace, an established and reputable interior contracting firm. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of interior projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination between various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including the installation, construction, and finishing work of interior projects according to the approved plans, specifications, and design standards.

2. Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, designers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

3. Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers on site.

4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards, addressing any issues or challenges promptly.

5. Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

6. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and supervision to the construction team, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and quality expectations.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily reports, site diaries, and documentation of any variations or changes.

8. Resolve any conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise on the construction site, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment.

9. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment required for the project.

10. Foster a culture of quality, professionalism, and teamwork among the site team, promoting a strong commitment to delivering high-quality interior projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior contracting industry.

2. Solid knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishing processes.

3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on meeting project deadlines.

5. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

6. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address issues and make timely adjustments to ensure project success.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

9. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
