We are currently seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee construction projects and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enforce safety standards on the site.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to challenges.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
