Qualification : ITI / Diploma

Experience : 2years or more

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage daily field project activities at sites assigned by the Project management team.
- Conduct site survey for newly alloted sites by customer and identify the additional works and challenges.
- Prepare site layout as per the site condition and acquisition drawing.
- Understand the civil & electrical plans provided by customers and implement the same at the field. Any deviation must be intimated to all concerned and get deviation approval before implementation.
- Should have a capability to predict bottlenecks at field while execution
- Ensure the field teams are using the customer / company owned portal for field updates.
- Should have a good coordination ability as field supervisor
- Monitor / manage field expenses within the allocated budget.
- He will be responsible for field execution cost management, ensuring work completion as soon as possible within the given budget.
- Need to initiate cost optimization plans at the field for reducing CAPEX amount.
- Motivate team for continuous improvement and achievement of maximum performance.
- Maintain understanding of our specifications, standard practices, and safety
- Monitor the approved budget for each of their assigned work orders.
- Conduct a weekly audit for each team of their safety, construction, and quality practices.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- Civil engineering: 1 year (preferred)
- Electrical /Electronics engineering: 1 year (preferred)
