Interior design is a creative art. Creative art involves understanding and articulating style; visual balance, contrast, and form. It is about color and creating a complement or contrast. It also includes lighting and creating an ideal ambiance and bringing harmony to space.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our interior projects. If you have experience in supervising interior projects, and you own a two-wheeler, we encourage you to apply. We also provide a fuel allowance to support your transportation needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee and coordinate on-site activities to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Supervise and manage the work of subcontractors and site workers.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work to meet our interior company's standards.
- Site Management
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Manage the inventory of materials and equipment required for the project.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and clients to provide updates on project progress.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is in compliance with project specifications.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities and report as required.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior.
- Knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must have a two-wheeler for transportation.
