- **Quality Control**:They assist with quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- **General Laboratory Support**:Lab assistants provide support to senior lab staff and researchers, assisting with various tasks as required.
- **Communication**:They effectively communicate with team members regarding test results, procedures, and any issues or concerns.
