**Responsibilities**:

- Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor & support staff.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly store & individual targets.
- Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluate the supply and availability of stocks
- Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field (retail store sales)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
