Baker's Belly is a growing baking supply store in Bengaluru located in carmelaram. We are known for quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are doing following services:
1. Baking supplies for retail customers
2. Customized Cake toppers
3. Edible Photo Print
4. Safe cake delivery
5. Logo Design
6. FSSAI registeration
Now we are planning to upscale our business by reaching out to B2B customers like cafe's and restaurants.
We are hiring a new store incharge who will take care of entire functioning of Baker's belly store.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the baking supply store, ensuring smooth running of the business.
2. Excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
3. Handle inventory management, including stock ordering, storage, and wastage control.
4. Monitor product quality and presentation to maintain our brand standards.
5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
6. Process customer orders, manage cash register operations, and handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
7. Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends, and working with the management team to achieve sales goals.
8. Implement store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
9. Assist with training and development of new staff members.
