**Job Description for Stores Incharge( Hiring urgently)**

**Educational qualification**:
Dip in EC/EEE

ITI in EC/EEE

Experience : 1-3yrs( preferably from electronics background)

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1.Complete Stores Management responsibility (All Raw Material & Finished Goods) - Identification of Electrical and Electronic components from Incoming to Stocking to Ship out. Packing of outgoing materials.

2. Maintain up to date records in Tally primarily and other formats secondarily (this is as required and to support / assist Incoming/Outgoing Material Registers)

3. Participate actively in AS9100D certification both in Internal Audits especially for Stores function primarily and to support other departments w.r.t material secondarily. Maintain record as per AS9100D.

4. Preparation and maintaining up to-date files and records of Statutory Documents as well as documents as defined in FDD/PDD - Way Bills, Inspection Reports, CoC reports, Stock taking reports, Audit reports, etc.

5. Coordinate with Procurement and HoD’s reg Stock position so as to co-ordinate in Procurement process.

6. Maintain Stock Levels and update / inform Procurement and Management reg critical items stock levels so as to have sufficient lead time for procurement of such items.

7. Maintain up to date records and be aware of limited Shelf-life items to ensure FIFO control and prevent loss of component life by ageing.

8. Co ordinate with Incoming Inspection for Incoming material and Production team for outgoing material.

9. Co ordinate with Vendors and/through Procurement - for Material to be returned to Vendors.

10.Coordinate with internal Ability to work with cross functional team/department and all other Stores related works.

11. Maintaining Customer Property Register.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
