**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Land Documentation and Record Management**:

- Coordinate the preparation, verification, and submission of land-related documents such as **naksha (maps)**, **khasra**, and **khatauni**.
- Maintain accurate records of land documents, including ownership details, mutations, and registry papers.
- **Survey and Demarcation**:

- Collaborate with surveyors for land measurement and boundary demarcation.
- Ensure accurate preparation of land maps and coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals.
- **Land Use Planning and Approval**:

- Follow up with government offices to ensure timely approval of maps and land-related permits.
- **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulations during the preparation and processing of land documents.
- Handle legal formalities related to land disputes, encroachments, or ownership claims.
- **Coordination with Authorities**:

- Liaise with local authorities, revenue departments, and town planning offices for approvals like **naksha pas karwana** and **semankan (land demarcation)**.
- Address queries or objections raised during the approval process and resolve them promptly.
- **Client Interaction and Support**:

- Work closely with clients to gather required information for land documentation and approvals.
- Provide updates on the status of land-related processes and advise on compliance requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of land-related documents, such as khasra, khatauni, naksha, and registry.
- Proficiency in using GIS software, AutoCAD, or other mapping tools (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple documentation processes.
- Familiarity with local land laws, zoning regulations, and revenue processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with government officials and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,112.56 - ₹42,071.27 per month
