**Roles/responsibilities**
- Actual vs Budget report and variance analysis
- Prepare various models for planning
- Track productivity KPIs
- Identify leakages and fix them
- Assist in reporting to external agencies
- Income & Expense analysis of various line items at product level
- Weekly treasury reports, fortnightly payments report & monthly business review
- Income & Expense analysis of various line items
- Assist in board presentation for quarterly results
- Assisting in handling audit requirements

**Qualifications**:

- MBA/CA in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Experience in the NBFC is a plus.
