A leading BPO Organization
**Overview of Position**
Analyst will be responsible for reviewing Attorney prepared documents for commercial loan products. Needs to have direct experience with commercial loan products and experience in reviewing **legal mortgage documents, master servicing agreements, or servicing agreements etc.**
**Position Responsibilities**:
- **Responsible for the daily clearing of various loan document exceptions sent in by the Business Unit**
- **Ensure all exception documents received are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.**
- **Review, evaluate and respond to loan document exception status**
- **Communicate and interact with Collateral Audit Analyst and Business Unit partners as it relates to the clearing of exceptions**
- **Review and distribute US mail**
- **Assist with training new teammates in exception tracking & monitoring
**Qualifications**:
- **High level of prioritizing and organizational skills of daily work load**
- **High attention to detail**
- **High level of analytical and problem solving skills**
- **Ability to perform independent analysis and interpretation of incoming research requests**
- **Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with Business Unit partners, Loan Operations teammates and management team**
- **Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks successfully**
- **Strong oral and written communication skills**
- **Able to work in both an independent capacity as well as in a team environment.**
- **Understanding of commercial insurance requirements and ability to recognize and evaluate commercial loan documentation
