**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job responsibilities**:

- Workflow Management - Review the complex approval packages and perform quality checks on critical activities
- Escalation handling - Manage the exceptions and one-off transactions and follow the escalation metrics. Escalate on time when required
- Drive Innovation - Process simplification projects
- Responsible to conduct refresher and new joiner trainings in the team
- Prepare KPIs, KRIs, and publish the data on a regular basis to Senior Leaders. Present the data to the Management
- Quality control

**Eligibility requirements**:

- 5 - 7 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/ Mortgage/ Loan Operations
- Good understanding of Financial Statements & Loan Documents
- **Preferably Loan Syndication background with hands on experience in LIQ**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
- Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders
- Organizing & time management skills
