- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The Project Controls Engineer supports the tracking, updating and monitoring of cost control, and scheduling functions on smaller projects.
- Fully understand the scope of the project, contractual requirements, identify the major milestones and set clear priorities for the project team
- Participate in preparation of Cost and Schedule estimates for various Gate reviews.
- Mentor junior project controls engineers and ensure the technical quality and timeliness of work
- Serve as a link to the Project Services Common Skill Centre organization; gain alignment for support.
- Maintain the Project Controls related plans and procedures
- Ensure implementation of the stewardship process identify and champion process improvements
- Participate in kick-offs and ongoing meetings with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor(s) to ensure common understanding of project controls requirements. Preparation of MoM.
- Coordinate the collecting, analysing, and reporting of project cost and schedule control information to ensure overall project status is assessed.
- Ensure the implementation of the plans and procedures developed for the project.
- Update progress and cost/schedule baselines and forecast.
- Preparation of Cost/Schedule and Progress reports and trends.
- Understand the full project & procurement life cycle in oil, gas or petrochemical industries.
- Preparation of MIS, management review package & various reports.

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Knowledge about EPC projects
- Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical / Civil)
- Primavera P6 / MS Project

**Desired Skills**:

- Oil & Gas domain knowledge
- PowerBI, Tableau
