**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Ideation**
- Develop and pitch creative strategies that align with client objectives, brand identity, and current market trends.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate original and innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand project goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.

**Campaign Development and Execution**
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, providing guidance and creative direction to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize performance and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

**Market and Audience Research**
- Conduct research on target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategy development.
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to shape campaign ideas and ensure they resonate with the intended audience.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in client campaigns.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**
- Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and extract insights to inform future strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports that highlight campaign effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for clients.
- Regularly review KPIs and optimize creative approaches to maximize engagement and return on investment.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Partner with content creators, designers, and media teams to bring creative visions to life and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Communicate and present ideas, concepts, and strategies to clients and internal teams in a clear, compelling manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or similar role within a digital marketing, advertising agency, or related environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital campaigns and brand strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools to inform creative strategy (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

**Additional Skills**:

- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs, new digital trends, and changing industry standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and clients.
- A creative portfolio showcasing past projects and successful campaigns is preferred.
