**Summary**:
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production operations are executed efficiently, in compliance with regulatory standards, and in line with company quality and safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Manage and supervise daily production activities, including scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring production runs. Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensure that all production processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant industry standards. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- **Team Management**: Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure that team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- **Equipment and Maintenance**: Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment. Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any equipment issues and ensure that machinery is functioning optimally.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including batch records, production logs, and compliance documentation. Ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Ensure that production areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all staff members.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and manage the storage and handling of materials.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve production-related issues and challenges promptly. Collaborate with other departments to address any production problems and implement effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or specialized training in pharmaceutical production may be advantageous.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or a similar manufacturing environment. Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting production equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with production software and systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Work Environment**:

- **Conditions**: The role may involve working in a controlled environment with temperature and humidity controls. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
- **Schedule**: Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as needed.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
