**Job Title: Production Executive (Exhibition Stand)**

**Job Overview**:
As a production executive specializing in exhibition stands, you will be responsible for managing the production process from concept to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality exhibition stands that meet client specifications and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Coordinate all aspects of exhibition stand production, including design, fabrication, installation, and dismantling, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing guidance on stand design and construction options, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the production process.
- **Supplier Management**: Source and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for materials, equipment, and services required for stand fabrication, ensuring quality standards are met and costs are controlled.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating pricing with suppliers, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible to maximize profitability.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control processes to ensure that exhibition stands meet industry standards, client specifications, and company quality benchmarks, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards during stand construction and installation, implementing appropriate safety measures and procedures to protect workers and the public.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, including designers, fabricators, installers, and logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- **Timeline Management**: Develop production schedules and timelines for each project, coordinating workflow and resources to meet deadlines and milestones, and proactively addressing any delays or obstacles that may arise.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in stand design, fabrication techniques, and project management practices, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of project details, including specifications, costs, and timelines, and prepare regular progress reports for clients and management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

- Proven experience in exhibition stand production, project management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
