**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the automotive and industrial seating segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business success.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to develop customer-specific seating solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in the **automotive** or **industrial** sector.
- Strong understanding of seating systems or automotive components is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
