Sales Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered, staying informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company events.
- **Merchandising**: Assist in the visual presentation of the company, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and the company is well-maintained.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organizing stockrooms to ensure product availability.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to create a positive and dynamic work environment, contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
