Hse Officer

We are a MEP Contracting Company and currently in search of a qualified and competent individual, one who can embody the role of a safety/HSE officer and fulfill responsibilities necessary to ensure the wellbeing of staff members in the workplace. The task of compiling safety programs and standardizing them to remain consistent falls on the shoulders of this individual. Moreover, they will be responsible for sharing the best and most effective techniques at regular intervals during staff meetings.

Listed below are the responsibilities of a safety officer:

- The formulation of safety programs
- The implementation of safe working techniques
- The establishment and maintenance of health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with employees
- Upholding compliance with all safety regulations
- Conducting regular staff meetings to share best practices
- Standardizing health and safety practices to ensure consistency
- Identifying hazardous waste and properly disposing of it
- Promoting safety initiatives
- Compiling and maintaining relevant registers to ensure compliance
- Documenting staff information, meeting minutes, and management reports
- Regularly inspecting equipment to ensure compliance

Work Location As per Site.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
