1.Support development and implementation of HSE Management Systems and processes.

2.Support development of standards, procedures HSE systems to ensure consistent performance across all business verticals.

3.Facilitate interaction on key HSE topics and issues.

4.Track Critical HSE activities for ongoing project and submit the schedule to HSE Manager.

5.Coordinate HSE workflow and scheduling review meetings with relevant business verticals and HSE Manager.

6.Provide support and guidance for solving HSE related issues & carry out periodic safety/compliance inspections at site.

7.Identify hazards and Implement control measures to reduce risk as per hierarchy of control through standards and procedure. Prepare and submit HIRA Register of all work activities and submit for review.

8.Provide HSE inputs for projects, modifications and improvements.

9.Support the HSE integration.

10.HSE Training and Communication program to increase HSE awareness

11.Develop and provide HSE Trainings module to HSE Manager.

12.Facilitate an effective HSE communication program.

**MIS**:
1.Coordinate and provide analysis, insights, inputs and information as required to enable timely decision and to achieve HSE objectives.

2. To coordinate with HSE Manager and prepare MIS/Reports

3.To assist in making presentations for external and internal meetings.

4.To prepare key inputs and backup materials for HSE site visits, inspections and audits.

5.Support in management of administrative details in all activities/projects

6.Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.

**Qualification & Experience**:
BTECH / B.E / BSC/ BCOM/ Diploma

**4-5 Years experience in EPC/Oil & Gas. HSE Officer/ Safety Officer.**

Certifications: IOSH, NEBOSH IGC, ADIS, DIS

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
