Tele Calling Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, including businesses, institutions, and industrial sectors, to promote fire safety services and products.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads for fire and safety solutions through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead database management.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing detailed information on fire safety services, solutions, and regulations.
- **Sales Conversion**: Successfully convert leads into sales by offering tailored fire and safety solutions based on client needs and specifications.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety products and services, including fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and other safety equipment.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client needs and provide consultations on fire safety measures, compliance requirements, and safety audits.
- **Quotation and Proposal Support**: Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation for clients based on their requirements.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new customer acquisition and service renewals.
- **Reporting**: Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and progress to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or telemarketing, ideally in the service industry (experience in fire safety or related industries is a plus).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales and meet targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Basic understanding of fire and safety equipment and regulations (training will be provided).
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-driven and independent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales for safety-related products/services.
- Familiarity with fire and safety compliance regulations.
- Multilingual skills are a plus (depending on region and client base).
