Job Description: At least 4-6 years hands-on experience The Consultant ? UI Development will be a key member of the SAP UI/UX Team within Capgemini and will be expected to contribute to UI/UX efforts in selected projects ensuring high quality and scalability of software solutions as well as high desirability and excellent user experience of end-user facing applications. 1. Delivery a. Work with the client (multiple stakeholders) to diagnose business needs b. Closely coordinate with the UX designer during the preparation of the designs and mock-ups c. Work with the larger project team ? including UX Designers Backend Developers etc. ? to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables d. Process oriented approach to delivery with an uncompromising attitude to quality 2. Capability Building a. Actively participate in internal capability building activities including knowledge dissemination training asset creation etc. Requirements Mandatory 1. Minimum 3+ years of Hands-on experience on UI5 development 2. Should have in-depth knowledge of SAPUI5 HTML5 JavaScript (JQuery AJAX JSON) and CSS3 3. Exposure of various JQuery plugins and ability to use in the UI Application 4. Knowledge of consuming web services in UI Applications 5. Experience on UI development tools (Eclipse Adobe Dream Weaver etc.)and experience with the full UI development life cycle ? including design development testing and deployment 6. Experience on using the NW Gateway OData services 7. Should be able to troubleshoot the issue and should have a fair understanding of the backend developments required w.r.t ERP and other SAP enterprise products 8. Ability to analyze requirements and build intuitive solutions 9. Good knowledge of User Centered Design principles and disciplines 10. Excellent time-management multi-tasking and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projectsand related complexities at the same time. 11. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication management negotiation presentation and client relations skills Desirable 1. Previous experience on SAP portal application development WebUI ABAP WebDynpro etc. 2. Good eye for aesthetics: layout grid systems color theory and typography 3. Exposure to UX designing tools ? Photoshop Illustrator etc. 4. Strong understanding of mobile platforms particularly iOS Android and Windows Phone 5. Exposure to Fiori Screen Personas and other SAP UI technologies 6. Exposure to SAP UI/UX strategy 7. Exposure to Agile development process 8. Previous work history in enterprise software companies preferred Education a. B.E /B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (as per the Capgemini standard)
