We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Trainer to conduct structured, practical training sessions for learners in Pune.

Position Overview

The trainer will deliver offline and online sessions covering major SAP SCM modules.

This is a freelance position suitable for professionals with strong SAP implementation experience who are interested in teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP SCM training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Deliver topics across SAP MM, SD, WM, and PP modules.
• Include real-world business scenarios and hands-on exercises.
• Support learners through regular guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet class needs.

Schedule Details:

• Offline morning batch: 3 classes per weekday
• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours per batch
• Weekend sessions may be scheduled when required

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of practical experience in SAP SCM implementation or support
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SAP integration
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Prior training or mentoring experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (preferred)

Education: Diploma or higher (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching or mentoring preferred
