**About the Job**

As a Manager
- Alliance and Partnering, you will be responsible for partnering with different educational institutes and thus contributing towards the growth of the business.

What you will do:

- Identifying and being responsible for alliance and partnership with various educational institutes such as schools, colleges, universities and other higher educational institutes
- Managing the entire partnership execution cycle including Identifying partnership opportunities, meeting, pitching, negotiating, closing agreements and onboarding
- Approaching and partnering with different educational institutes PAN India as well as other global regions such as US, Europe, EMEA and Australia
- Pitching the company’s products/ services to the potential clients and thus getting them onboarded
- Achieving or exceeding a monthly target of onboarding of an agreed number of institutions in the ecosystem
- Maintaining long-term and professional relationships with the existing as well as new clients/ partners
- Being updated about the company’s products/ services and educating, updating and clarifying any concerns/ queries of the existing as well as potential partners
- Ensuring compliance of alliance & partnering related rules, laws & regulations (be it within India as well as other global regions)
- Working in coordination with various stakeholders such as internal departments as well as external partners and professional sources
- Maintaining an updated and accurate database of various partnership related details such as budget, requirements, roadmap, etc. and reporting the same to the management in a timely manner

What you need to have:

- Graduation is a must
- Relevant work experience of 7-9 years in Alliance and Partnering
- Prior work experience of approaching and partnering with different educational institutes (PAN India and other global regions)
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel (moderate - whenever required)
