3. Have weekly connect with operations team to address the issues if any.

4. Accountable in all tasks performed by the Safety Spocs

5. Should be good in people management skills

6. Act in all crisis situations to support business without delay

8. Should be able to accept transformations and changes in the current system or role.

9. Ensure the data integrity in all safety related reports/ updates provided to the leaders

10. Support Central team in terms of vehicle and driver induction and other safety related activities

11. Support MSAC queries with artifacts within timeline

Skill Set

1. Versatile - Open to multi-tasking and adapt to dynamic business requirements.2. Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Employee shift Transport Operations and compliance.

3. Good verbal and written communication skills - Should be able to express himself with clarity over mails and with employees / vendor staff during interactions.

4. Should have good analytical skills.

5. Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Power Point

6. Team management - Should be able to manager the team of 3 to 4 people.

7. Foresight - Ability to plan and respond to emergencies

8. Good geographical knowledge of the city of deployment.

9. Willing to work in night shifts and flexibility on week work days.10. Good customer service attitude

11. Should be comfortable to work from alternate locations within the city ( For Mumbai ) based on business requirement

12. Should be well versed with English and the local language of the city of deployment

13. Willing to work on shifts including nigh

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
