**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial products within the EV, furniture, and sound insulation sectors.
- Identify and target key accounts and new business opportunities within assigned areas.
- Conduct regular market analysis and adjust strategies to capitalize on market trends.
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in sales volume and market share.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:

- Promote and educate customers on the company’s industrial product portfolio, including EV components, furniture solutions, and sound insulation materials.
- Stay updated with product developments and market trends in the EV, furniture, and sound insulation industries.
- **Sales Reporting & Administration**:

- Track and report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to management.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial sector, with a focus on **EV components**, **furniture**, and/or **sound insulation products**.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, with the ability to close complex deals.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects related to EV, furniture, and sound insulation products.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs with tailored solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,664.46 - ₹25,531.87 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
