Field Sales Executive

**Job Purpose**:
To generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets by visiting prospective customers in the assigned territory, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit potential and existing customers on the field to present company offerings and convert prospects into sales.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Maintain detailed records of visits, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or other tools.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and product demonstrations as needed.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Collect payments and follow up on pending dues if applicable.
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the team.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, company policies, and reporting standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive, energetic, and confident personality.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital reporting.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in [industry-specific] sales (e.g., FMCG, telecom, insurance, real estate).
