  • Demonstrate and promote products/services to customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research & Business Development
  • Collect feedback from customers and report market trends to management.
  • Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Territory Management
  • Plan and execute daily field visits.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, accounts) for order processing and customer support.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of the market and competitor activities.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business/Marketing/Commerce).
