**Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing information about products and services.
- Establish ethical and positive communication with potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of the products.
- Generate sales leads, collaborate with the team to identify sales opportunities and competitions.
- Prepare unique proposals and deals for customers based on trustworthiness and value for sales encouragement.
- Demonstrate continuous enthusiasm and hard work to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Prepare sales progress reports and provide essential information to higher management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Team-player attitude.
- High level of empathy and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
