Assist in developing and implementing employee related policies and procedures for the company
- Managing end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals.
- Conduct training, orientation, onboarding and exit formalities for employees
- Spanning Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Manage and maintain organizations employee databases and prepare reports by ensuring the data maintained is up to date and secure
- Generate and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Will be responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc.
- Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs.
- Collecting and assessing HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Provide inputs during appraisal discussions
- Will be responsible for providing strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

**Salary**: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
