**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-friendly **Operation Executive** to help us grow our B2B employer partnerships. Your main job is to find new partner companies, explain how Mykare can benefit their employees, and keep those partnerships strong and successful.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential B2B clients (companies, HR teams, etc.)
- Set up and attend intro meetings with decision-makers
- Present Mykare’s services and close partnership deals
- Help onboard the new partner and their employees to the platform
- Be the main point of contact for all partner companies
- Build strong relationships with HR/admin teams
- Work closely with our internal teams (tech, operations, support) to deliver great service
- Monitor client engagement and gather feedback for improvements
- Make sure partners are happy, active, and stay with us long term

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in **account management**, **business development**, or **partnerships** (experience in healthcare or B2B services is a plus)
- **Fresh graduates with strong communication and relationship skills are also encouraged to apply**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- A positive, problem-solving attitude focused on client success
- Comfortable working with different teams and keeping everyone on the same page
