**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Tandoori items including breads (naan, roti), kebabs, and grilled dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Tandoor station at all times.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Monitor stock levels and inform superiors about shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Tandoor Commis or similar role in a hotel kitchen.
- Knowledge of Tandoor operations and Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle hot equipment and work in a high-heat environment.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
