**Role**: Chef De Partie (CDP) / DCDP
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Experience**: 4-7 years
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie (CDP) / DCDP specializing in tandoor and south indian
- **Menu Development**: Menu planning keeping the current trends and competition in mind.
- **Recipe Development**: Develop standard recipes and methods of preparation.
- **Research and Development**: Developing new recipes with innovation and latest trends.
- **Supply Chain**: Ensure the kitchen is adequately supplied with quality ingredients with par stock levels.
- **Process Development**: Strong focus on the process of production with the laid down standards with maximum efficiency and perfection.
- **Quality and Hygiene Assurance**: Strong adherence to the hygiene standards of the kitchen at a personal level of self and team.
- **Training and SOP**: Train and mentor the team from time to time as and when required.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency and experience of 4-7 years i
- Experience in preparing and cooking
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in menu planning and cost control is a plus
How to apply
