Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the CBSE syllabus, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
- **Instructional Techniques**: Employ a variety of teaching methods and strategies to engage students and accommodate different learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student performance and progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Student Support**: Provide additional support and guidance to students who may be struggling with the material, including after-school tutoring or extra resources.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the overall academic program of the school.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development workshops and stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and educational technologies.
- **Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and school initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Political Science, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience at the high school level, preferably within the CBSE system.
- **Certification**: Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent certification.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
