**Job Title**:Political Content Writer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality content including speeches, opinion pieces, press releases, social media posts, blog articles, policy summaries, newsletters, and website copy.
- Collaborate closely with political leaders, communications teams, and campaign staff to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
- Translate complex policy and political topics into accessible, engaging, and persuasive language.
- Conduct research on political issues, public sentiment, and current events to inform content creation.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, grammar, and factual accuracy.
- Monitor political developments and competitor messaging to provide timely responses and thought leadership.
- Assist in crisis communication and rapid-response messaging when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content writer, journalist, or communication specialist in the political or public policy sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
- Strong understanding of political language, campaign strategy, and media landscapes.
- Ability to write for various audiences and platforms (e.g., social media, op-eds, speeches).
- Knowledge of current national and international political issues.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
