**Job role : PGT Political Science teacher (Female)**

**Qualification : MA and BA in Political science**

**Working days: Monday to Saturday**

**Timing : 11 AM - 6.30 PM**

Teaching and Curriculum:

- **Curriculum Development**:, develop, and implement the political science curriculum for Grades 11 and 12, ensuring alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
- **Lesson Planning**:Prepare detailed lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methodologies and resources to make learning engaging and effective.
- **Instruction**:Deliver engaging and informative lectures and conduct interactive discussions on political science topics.
- **Assessment**:Evaluate student understanding through various assessment methods, including assignments, quizzes, tests, and examinations.
- **Remedial and Extra Classes**:Provide additional support to students who need extra help, including remedial and extra classes.
- **Paper Setting and Marking**:Set and mark examination papers, ensuring fair and accurate assessment of student performance.

Student Support and Mentoring:

- **Student Mentoring**:Mentor students, providing guidance and support to help them excel academically and personally.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to political science, such as debates, discussions, and simulations.
- **Academic Assistance**:Provide academic assistance and support to students, addressing their queries and concerns.
- **Tutorials**:Conduct tutorials to reinforce concepts and provide additional learning opportunities.

Professional Responsibilities:

- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- **Communication**:Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and other school staff.
- **Professional Development**:Stay updated on the latest developments in political science education and teaching methodologies.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the learning environment.
- **Other Duties**:Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Required Qualifications:

- **Education**: Post-graduation (MA) in Political Science.
- **Teaching Qualification**: B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
