Hostel Warden

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Welfare**:

- Oversee the well-being of students residing in the hostel.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by students regarding their accommodation or living conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to students facing personal or academic challenges.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations within the hostel premises.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to any security threats or emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities if necessary.
- **Discipline Management**:

- Maintain discipline among hostel residents, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
- Handle disciplinary cases in a fair and impartial manner, following established procedures.
- Implement appropriate sanctions or corrective measures for rule violations.
- **Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance of hostel facilities, including rooms, common areas, and amenities.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks in collaboration with the maintenance staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld throughout the hostel premises.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and hostel management regarding accommodation-related matters.
- Collaborate with academic staff, counselors, and other support personnel to address the needs of students effectively.
- Facilitate communication channels for feedback and suggestions from residents to improve hostel services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, incidents, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare regular reports on hostel activities, including safety assessments, maintenance updates, and student welfare initiatives.
- Keep management informed of any significant developments or issues affecting hostel operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Previous experience in hostel management or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
