Hostel Warden

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of hostel operations, including student accommodations, facilities maintenance, and security.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and conducive living environment for students, ensuring compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Manage student admissions, room assignments, and check-in/check-out procedures in coordination with administrative staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Respond to student inquiries, concerns, and emergencies in a timely and compassionate manner, providing guidance, support, and assistance as needed.
- Enforce hostel rules and policies consistently and fairly, addressing any violations or disciplinary issues according to established procedures.
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote student engagement, community building, and personal development within the hostel.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted resource and advocate for student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and any other relevant information, and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with administrative staff, faculty, and other stakeholders to address student concerns, coordinate support services, and promote student success.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
