**Key Responsibilities**

**1. E-commerce Coordination**
- Communicate with backend teams of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) to resolve issues related to listings, inventory, and order processing.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate inventory updates and smooth order management.
- Track and report on platform activities, including order status and return management.

**2. Accounting Support**
- Assist the accounts department with e-commerce transaction reconciliations.
- Help with GST filings, TDS documentation, and other compliance-related tasks.
- Support month-end financial closures and audits by providing necessary data and reports.

**3. Documentation and Data Management**
- Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and e-commerce-related transactions.
- Use MS Excel to prepare and update reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting tools
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
