Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- **Marketing Campaign Management**:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services, including content creation for social media and marketing materials.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze market trends.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Data Analysis**:Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and track performance against goals.
- **Reporting & Collaboration**:Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:Possess a strong understanding of the company's products/services and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing department.
- **Other Duties**:May include participating in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Age below 40 years
- Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler license required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
