Hiring Sales Officer

**Sales Officer - Electrical Appliances**

Location: Kollam, Kerala

We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team in Malappuram and Kollam As a Sales Officer for Electrical Appliances, you will play a key role in achieving our sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, understanding their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of various electrical appliances, their features, benefits, and functionalities.
- Recommend the most suitable products for each customer's specific requirements.
- Upsell relevant accessories and extended warranties to maximize sales potential.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor, ensuring proper product displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on the latest electrical appliances and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical appliance industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong product knowledge of various electrical appliances, including their features, benefits, and specifications.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and results-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.
