**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads for tech products/services through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet potential clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate tech solutions effectively, highlighting benefits and ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
**Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Conduct on-ground brand awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
- Distribute marketing materials and educate potential customers about the company’s offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to refine marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align offline and online campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
