**Job Title: Sales Officer - TMT Bars (Field Sales)**

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: [Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana]

Type: Commission-Based / Salary-Based (Both Options Available)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

**Job Purpose**:
To drive sales of various brands of TMT bars by conducting field marketing, generating leads, and converting them into orders from builders, contractors, developers, and construction firms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct field visits regularly to meet builders, contractors, and construction site owners.

Promote different brands of TMT bars offered by the company.

Generate new leads and convert them into sales orders.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate TMT brands based on needs.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with competitor pricing, market trends, and product availability.

Submit regular reports on customer visits, enquiries, and confirmed orders.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
Experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials (TMT bars, cement, etc.).

Strong communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Familiarity with the local construction industry is a plus.

Two-wheeler is preferred for field travel.

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate / Diploma.

Experience: Minimum 3years of field sales and above

Language: Should be able to communicate in Telugu and/or the local language effectively.

**Compensation**:
Attractive commission structure per order.

Incentives and bonuses based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
