BT&E-India based in Bangalore, India is an integral part of BT&E and is engaged in engineering design build in areas including flight and ground testing of completed full-scale products and more. **Boeing Test and Evaluation team** is currently looking for **Associate Test & Evaluation Lab Technician - Electrical Wire Harness / Equipment **to join their team in Bengaluru, KA. To support **multiprogram Electrical Wire Harness Test Build** and** Lab Operations.**

Electrical Wire harness Integration Lab Technician are owners of the Lab/Flight Test Wire Harness build and integration and ensure compliance to design configuration, build plan, process requirements and Test Program schedule. Supports and executes an integrated build plan consisting of work instructions for assembly/fabrication, kitting, tooling, inspection requirements, and other outputs to endure fabrication meets design, test, and program requirements.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for execution of Electrical wiring harness build and lab operations for the BIETC Wiring Harness Integration Lab in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and Aerospace quality standards for Requirements and Acceptance for Cable/Wire Harness Assemblies.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans for Electrical Wire Harness Build and Integration
- Supports planning of resources, defining process, and guiding WHIL team for Wiring Harness builds and Lab Operations.
- Develops and implements manufacturing and tooling methodologies for the Electrical Wire Harness Integration Laboratory
- Utilizes Knowledge of Wire Harness manufacturing process vis-à-vis wire cutting, routing, splicing, crimping, soldering, assembling final harness, testing, inspecting
- Maintains manufacturing BOMs, Tools, Formboards for Wire Harness products.
- Maintains Lab operations documentations like Process Control Records and Work Instructions.
- Provides Training and supervises lab team for Wire harness Integration Processes and lab operations
- Validates and ensures wire harness integration and build readiness.
- Interfaces with suppliers and internal stakeholders for material procurement and to build hardware.
