**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Respond to inquiries from prospective sources (Walk in enquiry, social media, etc), providing information about the institution’s / school's programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, phone consultations, and virtual information sessions for prospective parents.
- Represent the institution at school fairs, visits, and events.
- **Application Support**:

- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Advise parents on program selection based on their academic and career goals.
- Help parents understand the benefits of different academic programs, extracurricular opportunities, and other student services.
- Ensure prospective parents are aware of all deadlines and critical dates in the admissions process.
- **Recruitment & Outreach**:

- Track recruitment activities and assist in assessing recruitment strategies.
- Assist in converting admitted students to enrolled students by providing personalized support and building strong relationships.
- Help parents with the transition from admission to enrollment, ensuring they understand necessary next steps (e.g., orientation, housing, registration).
- Support parents in completing their enrollment paperwork and submit any additional documents required by the school.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on recruitment and enrollment trends, providing insights to improve future strategies.
- Regularly communicate updates and progress to the committee members and senior management.
- **Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in education, related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or student services (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written ) preferably in English, Marathi and Hindi with an ability to engage a diverse range of parents.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational professionals.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of school admissions processes.
- Comfort with using data management systems (School ERPs any software management) and student information systems.
- **Preferred Skills & Attributes**:

- Public speaking and presentation experience.
- Bilingual skills (English, Marathi and Hindi preferred ).
- Familiarity with preferred software for tracking prospective parents.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- **Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday, with some weekend hours for events and outreach activities.
- Travel may be required for recruitment events, fairs, or school visits.
- **About The Institution**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
