Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, helping them understand our preschool's offerings, philosophies, and values. This role involves guiding families through the admissions process, conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and fostering relationships with prospective parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person and virtual tours of our preschool and daycare facilities, showcasing our programs and campus.
- Provide comprehensive information on Tiny Brainiacs’ programs, teaching approach, and enrollment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective parents to understand and address their unique needs.
- Follow up with prospective families regularly to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
- Participate in open houses, school events, and community outreach activities to attract new families.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or early childhood education is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, welcoming personality and the ability to make families feel comfortable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
